We will strive to appropriately and promptly respond to complaints and inquiries related to the handling of personal information. - ZMEETING is a web service that provides voice recognition, translation, summarization, etc.
- Some functions involved in this service use the Google Calendar API by Google.
We use the Google Calendar API after obtaining authorization credentials for the API. We treat these authorization credentials as confidential.

The use of our service requires the following Google user data:

Your e-mail address (to display an access confirmation screen so that authorization credentials can be confirmed)

(1) Schedule registration: Event IDs that are generated when a new schedule registration is made on the Calendar
These refer to what is registered on Google Calendar when you register a schedule for a meeting on our service.
(2) Schedule update: Calendar event IDs that are generated when a schedule is updated on the Calendar These refer to what is related to updating a schedule on Google Calendar when you update a schedule for a meeting on our service.
Relevant data is downloaded via SSL encrypted communication. The downloaded data is treated as personal information and stored by us.
We will not transfer the obtained data to any third party. Our service will not use this Google data for advertising or promotional purposes. Our service will use your data after taking measures to make the data undecipherable.
If you wish to revoke access with your Google account, please go to your Google account security settings page (at the following URL) and select “third party access” and confirm the details.
